Public website
The public website may process technical visit data needed for website operation, security, diagnostics, rendering, scheduling flows, and basic traffic measurement. This may include IP address, browser type, device or browser metadata, visit time, pages visited, and server logs.
The website is hosted by Netlify and uses Umami Analytics for basic traffic measurement. Umami is described as cookie-free analytics.
External technical resources
The website may load third-party or external technical resources, including Google Calendar / Google Workspace appointment scheduling, Google Fonts, Material Symbols, Tailwind CDN, and other technical CDN resources used for rendering.
When these resources are loaded, your browser may send information such as your IP address and browser/device metadata to the relevant providers. Google Calendar appointment scheduling may also set or read cookies or similar technologies controlled by Google, depending on your browser settings and Google account/session state.
RFQ Assist application
The RFQ Assist application may use an authentication session cookie, a locale cookie, localStorage for UI preferences, and technical logs or security-related identifiers needed to operate the application. These technologies are used for login, security, session continuity, display preferences, and normal application operation.
Analytics
Sovai uses Umami Analytics for basic traffic measurement on the website. Umami is described as cookie-free analytics and is used in a lightweight, privacy-oriented way for aggregate traffic and basic event measurement.
Managing cookies and browser storage
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also block some cookies or clear localStorage, but doing so may affect login, display preferences, scheduling flows, or other website/application functionality.
